  • Grapheme-colour / Coloured sequences

    letters, words, numbers, days, weeks, years, or months can be associated with colors.

  • Chromesthesia

    When music is associated with colors or other visuals.

  • Ordinal Linguistic Personification

    When things like personalities, genders, or other human traits are associated with a sequence like numbers or letters.

  • Olfactory-Visual Synesthesia(not common but more well known)

    This type of synesthesia has two subtypes: smell shape and smell color. This type of synesthesia is when smells make one experience colors or shapes. This is the type of synesthesia connected to our brand.

My Story

I'm just a girl who has synesthesia and loves perfumes. Synesthesia is a phenomenon where one's senses are blended. For example, numbers and letters can be colors, one can see music, or one can see smells. These are just a few of the many many different types of synesthesia.

When I was in second grade, my mom was telling me about an article she read earlier that day. She read about how for some people months were colors, and that was called synesthesia. I was confused because I thought it was like that for everyone. This is when I found out I had synesthesia.

I thought that if I named each of my perfumes after what I see when I smell them it would give non-synesthetes a glimpse into the world of synesthesia. With these perfumes you can see a new perspective on the world while smelling amazing.
